Return Policy
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All items must be unused/uninstalled and in resalable condition.
All items must be returned in the original containers/packaging.
Items and packaging must be received back in resalable condition.
We recommend insuring any package over $100 value.
If package is damaged during return shipment we would be unable to issue a refund.
Customer pays shipping cost of return.
Must email penny@lakecountypipe.com to get a restocking RMA Number.
Returns without an RMA Number will be refused.
