TheSteamStore.com offers free shipping for orders over $99*(some exceptions apply—i.e., items over 50lbs or packages larger than 36x12x12—Water heaters always ship free within the contiguous United States). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are on a per order basis. Free shipping is NOT available outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states. All items in excess of $500.00 value will ship via “SIGNATURE REQUIRED”
Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. Items that are drop-shipped by the manufacturer or on back-order, will be shipped as soon as the item is made available. Freight deliveries may take longer since TheSteamStore.com takes extra care while packaging all items to ensure proper delivery. We do offer expedited shipping options. Please call (847) 662-2626 to get shipping estimates for expedited deliveries.
We understand, things change. You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund prior to your order being shipped. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our customer service department can inform you of the status of your order and advise you if the order can be cancelled for a full refund.
At TheSteamStore.com, we realize a change in ordering may occur. Our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible.
•Returned items, if authorized, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
•For a return to be processed, you must email our return department at email@example.com to
receive a restocking RMA number. Please write the RMA number on the exterior label of the return. This RMA number must accompany the returned item.
Any item returned without a RMA number WILL BE REFUSED!
•All items must be returned in original packing with all interior packing in place.
•Items must be unused and uninstalled and received back in resalable condition.
•Items must be received within 15 days of physical receipt.
•Customer pays the cost of return. We highly recommend insuring any package over $100. We will not responsible for
items that are damaged upon return.
•Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please document damage
with pictures and explanation and immediately email to firstname.lastname@example.org
•We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed. If you need a replacement
product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order independent of the returns process.
Returns are inspected at our warehouse upon receipt. Credit will be given to items we determine have not been installed or used in any way (except in case of defect). We will issue a refund for qualifying returned merchandise ASAP upon receipt of item.
Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.
